By booking on Fish Your Dream you agree to follow these safety, conduct and platform rules toward the guide, the environment and other participants.

Booking and attendance
- Review the meeting point, start time, duration and included services carefully before confirming.
- Arrive on time with the required documents and any personal gear listed in the experience page.
- If you expect a delay or cannot attend, notify the guide immediately through the platform messaging.

Safety and documentation
- When required, the waiver must be signed and uploaded before departure; incomplete documentation may prevent participation.
- Always follow the guide's instructions on safety, navigation, movement, equipment use and fish handling.
- Fishing licences, permits and local limits remain the customer's responsibility unless the listing explicitly says otherwise.

Conduct during the trip
- Act respectfully toward the guide, other participants, private property and the surrounding environment.
- Alcohol, drugs or unsafe behaviour that may endanger people, gear or the boat are not allowed.
- Respect wildlife, protected areas and any catch-and-release rules communicated by the guide.

Cancellations, weather and changes
- Refund and cancellation rules are those shown during checkout.
- In case of unsafe weather or force majeure, the guide may propose a reschedule or change to the outing.
- Failure to attend without notice may be treated as a no-show under the booking terms.

Messages, reviews and account use
- Use platform channels for operational communication, support requests and disputes.
- Reviews must be truthful, relevant and respectful.
- Abuse, offensive language, attempts to pay outside the platform or repeated violations may lead to suspension or account closure.
If minimum safety or conduct requirements are not met, the guide may refuse to start or continue the experience.
